Blockchain ticketing platform looking to help grow artist event revenue, which is the proper contact? Agent or manager

Our platform Equalevents.io is looking to compete with Eventbrite/Ticketmaster and want to reach out to independent artist and their teams directly to show the opportunity of using blockchain for their ticketing.

Artists as active participants in the success or failure of an event, should have an active part in the development of the event, should they deem it feasible. Especially charitable events which can be more rewarding because of the involvement.

I don't think the artist is your customer. I think the people who book them for shows are your actual customers, as they are the ones who set-up the ticketing. So that would be the promoter, event planner, or event venue.

The artist isn't my customer, however the artist has the leverage to choose who they would want for ticketing. along with the promoters, event planners and venues. But what is another way to search for ticketing managers for different venues and arenas?

Artists do not choose who does their ticketing for them. Unless they're independent, and at that point, thats through the venue still.. like the above comment said, Artists is not your target here.
