He was born on November 14, 1973, in Philadelphia. Excelling at his career took passion and undying dedication to the cause. Troy Carter dropped out of High School to pursue his dreams of carving out a career for himself in the music industry. He started off working for Overbrook Entertainment, and then proceeded to the Bad Boy Entertainment. In 2007 he established the Coalition Media Group’s and its management division Atom Factory.
