Jenifer Yaël Dadouche-Bartoli, widely known as Jenifer, is a pop singer born on November 15, 1982, in Nice, France. She gained prominence for winning the first season of the reality talent show Star Academy in 2002. The victory led to the release of her debut single, J'attends L'amour, and a subsequent self-titled album that sold over 750,000 copies.

Her second album, Le Passage, featured songs like Ma Révolution and Le Souvenir De Ce Jour. She won Best French Artist at the 2004 MTV Europe Music Awards. In 2005, she went on tour and released a live album, Jenifer Fait Son Live. Jenifer hit number one on the French album charts for the first time with Lunatique in 2007.

Her 2010 album, Appelle-Moi Jen, won Best French Female Artist and Best French Album at the NRJ Radio Awards. Jenifer is associated with Mercury Records and Universal Music Group. She has collaborated with Chjami Aghjalesi and Christophe Willem. She is a coach on the French version of the reality competition show The Voice.
