Jorge Matas, better known as Fünky Matas is a Venezuelan Tattoo artist and Risk Entertainer who was born on September 2, 1987, in Caracas, Venezuela. He was named Funky for the wild behavior that led him to accomplish close to impossible feats, such as walking the streets in the middle of the Irma Hurricane, climbing the Hollywood sign, or tattooing himself from skydiving.

He was attracted to the world of tattoos so he improved on it so much so that he got sponsored by the World’s first wireless tattoo machine “FREEWIRE”. Matas also broke a World Record for the “Most Signatures Tattooed on One’s Back”, getting his back signed by famous personalities such as Tony Hawk, Kevin Hart, Steven Tyler, and Stan Lee. Later on, he got to work with The Red Hot Chili Peppers in their music video “Tell Me Baby”.
