Carla Monroe is a British singer. She started her career performing in venues until she caught the attention of the renowned producer Astrixx in 2007. They are both dedicated to collaborating with different UK artists as songwriters and producers. In 2014 she wrote the song “17” for which she created a demo with her own vocals. This tape caught the attention of the American DJ and producer MK in 2017 and decided to publish the song with the original vocals. That’s how she began becoming popular. A year later she collaborated with SLATIN on the song “Apple Juice”, which was later remixed by MOTi. She then was featured in MOTi's songs “Worst In Me” alongside THRDL!FE and “Tribe” with Lady Bee. In 2020 again collaborated with MK in the song “2AM”. She began 2021 collaborating with NERVO on the song “Gotta Be You”, which became her most streamed song, and releasing her first own single called “Shapes”. She has over 1.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
