Aaron J. Waltke (born 8 August 1984 in Greenwood, Indiana, USA) is an Emmy-winning screenwriter and executive producer, best known for Trollhunters (2016), Wizards (2020), and Star Trek: Prodigy (2021). He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2006 where he received a degree in telecommunications and became a member of the renowned sketch comedy group "All Sorts of Trouble for the Boy in the Bubble".
Waltke wrote a teleplay for the 2017 "Movie Night" episode of the Cartoon Network TV series Teen Titans Go! He worked alongside producer and creator Guillermo del Toro as a staff writer on 13 episodes of the award-winning Netflix series Trollhunters: Tales of Arcadia during the show's first season. He was the co-executive producer and head writer on the Netflix series Wizards: Tales of Arcadia. Waltke also served as head writer on Unikitty!, a television spinoff of The Lego Movie.
Besides writing, Waltke enjoys having fun in other interesting ways. As of December 9, 2006, Aaron held the Guinness World's Record for "Most T-Shirts Worn at Once".
