Priory is a rock band that was originally formed in 2009 in Portland, Oregon. Today, Priory is a duo that is made up of Kyle Sears and Brandon Rush. Priory released a self-titled album under the label Expunged in 2011. The said release includes the tracks “Lady of Late” and “Cold Hands.” The group eventually went on hiatus but they returned with the track “Weekend” in 2014. The track charted in Australia and in the US alternative, US pop, and the US rock charts. In the same year, they released the EP Weekend. They started touring in the same year. In 2015, the group released their follow up album Need to Know which includes “Mother Mary,” “Big Love,” “New Thing,” and “Put ‘Em Up.”
