Deltron 3030 is a hip-hop group composed of Dan the Automator (Daniel M. Nakamura, born August 29, 1966), Del the Funky Homosapien (Teren Delvon Jones, born August 12, 1972), and Kid Koala (Eric San, born December 5, 1974). The group released their eponymous album in 2000, a concept album about the three group members being the only three survivors from Earth who travel the galaxy fighting to stop the oppression of hip hop. The album would see an additional release in 2008 with additional tracks, but Delatron 3030 would not produce another album until 2013. with the release of “Event 2”.
