Bombay Bicycle Club is a British alternative rock band formed in 2005 in London, England. It consists of singer/guitarist Jack Steadman, guitarist Jamie MacColl, drummer Suren de Saram, and bassist Ed Nash. After winning a Virgin Mobile-sponsored rock band competition, the band released its first EP “The Boy I Used to Be” in 2007. Their second EP “How We Are” managed to land a #2 U.K. indie singles chart hit. Their 2008 full-length debut album “I Had the Blues But I Shook Them Loose” received the NME award for Best New Band. A second effort titled “A Different Kind of Fix” went out in 2010, and in 2014 the band issued its third LP “So Long, See You Tomorrow”. The album topped the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart and set the group on a supporting tour. Following a hiatus prompted by the member’s alternative musical projects, in 2020, Bombay Bicycle Club returned with the full-length album “Everything Else Has Gone Wrong”.
